We model the part in CAD with all the real dimensions: wall thicknesses, radii, draft angles, thread. It is not a presentation image, it is the drawing the mould is built from.

You get renders you can put in a presentation and the technical documentation you could take elsewhere for a quote. The model belongs to the project, not to a black box.

You see the part, turn it around and discuss it before it physically exists.
