Concept

Shape, volume, neck and the way it sits in the hand, put down on paper.

Packaging conceptConsultingMaterial selection

We put several directions on paper, not one. The differences are not cosmetic: a wider neck changes the closure, a fuller shoulder changes part weight, a narrower base changes how many units fit on a pallet.

This is also where the expensive decisions are made: thread type, whether the pack needs a tamper-evident band, whether the label is a sleeve or self-adhesive, and how the filled part behaves in transport.

Concept is the cheap moment for changes. After the mould, every change costs steel.
