Bars and canned cocktails
A good cocktail takes two minutes to make and twenty to drink. Sealed in a can, it is made once and sold all evening — or taken home exactly as it left the shaker.
The bartender makes the batch in the quiet hours of the morning: negroni, spritz, sour, rosemary or orange-peel infusions. He fills the cans, runs them through the machine and chills them. In the evening, when the bar is full, an order goes out in three seconds instead of three minutes.
The PET can is clear, so the colour of the drink, the ice and the fruit slices are visible — everything a brown bottle hides. It is light, it does not break on a terrace or by a pool, and it is allowed where glass is not: festivals, beaches, stadiums, outdoor events.
The ring-pull aluminium end is seamed hermetically and opens only once. The customer sees the seal intact, so nobody has touched the drink — an argument that matters for delivery and for takeaway sales.

It is also called a can seamer, a can closing machine or simply a can sealer. It is the same machine: it mechanically seams the aluminium end onto the mouth of the PET can, by double seaming.
